The India Report is an essay film that uses archival footage from the Films Division of India to speculate about the recent discovery of a forgotten electronic music studio at the National Institute of Design, Ahmedabad.

David Tudor set up a Moog modular system at NID in 1969, which was photographed in disrepair around 2012.

The title is a reference to a report that was created by the Eames brothers as a set of suggestions for the establishment of a design institute in India.
